Shipping Policy

We ships all orders via USPS First Class and Priority Mail.  Express shipping also available.  

US ORDERS

Processing and Delivery Times:  For ready to ship items, please allow 2-3 business days for order processing after the order is placed.  For made-to-order items please allow 2-3 weeks production time.  

Standard First Class Mail shipping typically takes between 1-5 business days, and Priority Mail takes between 1-3 business days for destinations within the United States.  

Tracking Your Order:  Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number to track your order via USPS.  Once you receive your tracking number, please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking portal to update.

 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Processing and Delivery Times:  For ready to ship items (RTS), please allow 2-3 business days for order processing after the order is placed.  For made-to-order items, please allow 2-3 weeks production time.  

First Class Mail International deliveries generally take between 1-4 weeks delivery dependent upon customs processing in your country.  Although, the USPS does not guarantee delivery dates or times.  On the rare occasion, your package may be held in customs for up to 4-6 weeks.   

Customs Fees and Import Taxes:  The price for packages mailed do not reflect any customs duties that may be imposed.  We are not responsible for any customs or import fees you may incur during or after shipping (tariffs, taxes, VAT, etc.).  Customers will be reliable for all import duties, customs, and taxes if any.  Please contact your local customs bureau for additional tax and duty information.

PLEASE NOTE:  Once an order leaves our hands and received by USPS, we’re not responsible for lost or stolen packages.  

We work hard to ensure your order is delivered on time.  However, shipping transit times are not under the direct control and responsibility of Lilly + Dre.  

We cannot accept responsibility for packages that appear, through tracking to have been delivered, but are presumably stolen from doorsteps or mailboxes.  Please make sure the address you provide your correct address.
